Philip Aderton

As a fourth-generation Illinois banker, Phil Aderton has grown up in the financial services industry. He began his career in a community bank before continuing on to regional banks. Phil has a strong background and history of working with banks, and banking associations, on industry trends and their impact on financial institutions. Having also spent time in technology sales, Phil is equipped with a clear understanding of what is needed for institutions in a rapidly changing industry.

Phil has presented on a wide array of industry-related topics at a number of community banking events and other professional associations. In addition, he co-developed a Capital Raising Forum with the Illinois Bankers Association in August, 2010.

Currently, Phil has both Life and Health insurance licenses. Phil earned his Economics degree from Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois. He also attended the Illinois Bankers Association Bankers School, Commercial Lending and Consumer Lending Schools and received their certifications.

As his passions are community involvement and basketball, Phil has served on several non-profit boards and has been active in coaching youth and high school basketball since graduating from college.

Phil resides in Naperville, Illinois with his family.
