Joseph Tripalin is president of Preferred Benefit Partners Consulting dealing with supplemental executive retirement programs and employee benefits pre-funding investment strategy. He has worked with credit unions for over 35 years, specializing in investments, pensions and executive benefits. Prior to starting Preferred Benefit Partners in 2007, Joe worked as the Vice President of Executive Benefits for CUNA Mutual Group where he worked with credit unions for 29 years. His current role with IZALE Financial Group allows him to bring appropriate solutions to credit unions in IZALE's many credit union programs. He is a nationally recognized speaker and writer on executive benefit topics, benefit program management, and succession planning for credit unions.
Joe holds both a Bachelors and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. He is currently a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and a Certified Retirement Counselor. He also holds a life license allowing him to effectively meet the needs of credit unions.
Residing in McFarland, Wisconsin with his wife Debbie, they have together raised five children. He is dedicated to his community as both volunteer firefighter and EMT. Joe has served the youth too officiating high school and college wrestling for over 40 years.
