Jeff Prescher, Vice President

Jeff Prescher, Vice President of Sales at IZALE Financial Group, brings over 25 years of management and consulting experience serving financial institutions.  He is a expert in tax and accounting matters pertaining to non-qualified executive benefits and associated cost-recovery strategies.  He has worked closely with hundreds of clients, including their legal and accounting representatives.  He also enjoys a positive working relationship with regulatory agencies overseeing banks and/or credit unions. 

Mr. Prescher’s prior positions include: 

Director of Operations/Systems for Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates (BFB), Charlotte, NC (2008-2013)
Developed BFB’s data management systems, streamlined operational processes and significantly expanded BFB’s client reporting capabilities.  Services provided predominantly to national credit unions included executive benefit plan development, complex modeling requirements, online monthly asset value reporting, benefit accounting administration, and regulatory compliance assistance. 

Design & Analysis Manager for Clark Consulting, Bloomington, MN (1999-2007)
Served as a technical lead regarding executive benefit plans and related cost-recovery strategies using Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI).  Internally this included technical oversight for data management and modeling systems.  Externally this included modeling and technical design for hundreds of executive benefit plans and related cost-recovery strategies predominantly serving community banks, and small-to-mid-sized national banks. 

Consultant and National Program Manager for Rust Environment & Infrastructure, Minneapolis, MN (1989-1995)
Provided consultative services to large national banks regarding environmental liabilities associated with multi-million dollar commercial real estate transactions. 

Mr. Prescher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Economics from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, and has earned numerous management certificates, including:
