Jeff Prescher, Vice President of Sales at IZALE Financial Group, brings over 25 years of management and consulting experience serving financial institutions. He is a expert in tax and accounting matters pertaining to non-qualified executive benefits and associated cost-recovery strategies. He has worked closely with hundreds of clients, including their legal and accounting representatives. Design & Analysis Manager for Clark Consulting, Bloomington, MN (1999-2007)
Served as a technical lead regarding executive benefit plans and related cost-recovery strategies using Bank Owned Life Insurance (BOLI). Internally this included technical oversight for data management and modeling systems. Externally this included modeling and technical design for hundreds of executive benefit plans and related cost-recovery strategies predominantly serving community banks, and small-to-mid-sized national banks.
