The greatest attributes of Bruce Barge are his dedication to client service and careful listening skills. His experience has taught him to thoughtfully ask about, and pay attention closely, to his client's needs. He is a proactive seeker of solutions. Bruce believes in the IZALE  motto to value people, improve earnings and protect assets.

Bruce provides insurance and investment services to financial institutions, including design, delivery and service of BOLI and non-qualified deferred compensation programs. He is a seasoned professional, bringing to IZALE over 30 years of business experience with corporations, institutions, and individuals. Prior to joining the team, Bruce was active as an insurance wholesaler to insurance agencies and agents.

As Vice President and Corporate Client Group Director for Smith Barney for over 20 years, Bruce's focus was on retirement plans and non-qualified executive compensation. Working for Lockheed Corporation and other aerospace companies early in his career in marketing, contract and program management
​ gave him a foundation of business efficiency and ethics that he brings to all he does..

Bruce has been active on several non-profit boards, focusing on finance and mission sustainability. He is actively sought as a presenter giving speeches and seminars on various financial topics. Committed to making a difference in his community, Bruce has served as a tutor for special needs children. He and his wife Kristen live in Verona, Wisconsin and have two college age children. Bruce is proud to be a veteran of the US Coast Guard Reserves.
