Brenda Haag, Vice President of Sales and Service at IZALE, is a credit union professional with 31 years of first-hand experience working with credit unions ranging from $30 to $500M. Brenda applies her understanding of credit union culture partnering with them as a staff member. She delivers customized solutions that align with each credit union’s strategies and objectives. Brenda has demonstrated the value of enhancing effective business relationships helping credit unions integrating more complex services to maximize revenue streams and support long-term profitability.

Ms. Haag served for 12 years as a Sales Executive with CUNA Mutual Group and served in credit union management as a Board of Director for Teachers Credit Union in South Bend, IN. These positions of responsibility gave her both wisdom and experience in :
  • focusing on helping credit unions build member service programs
  • increase revenue reduce losses and exposures
  • staff training including cross-sales training
  • consumer and real estate portfolios
  • loan documentation, lending product knowledge, and policy
  • credit union insurance needs, premium submission knowledge, and back office claims
