Scott Richardson founded IZALE in 2010, after spending over 10 years learning and applying the best practices – as well as noticing the shortfalls – at other firms. Our name – an amalgamation of Scott’s children – doesn’t limit who we serve, or what solutions we offer, but our mission is simple. In whatever we do to help our clients Value People, Improve Earnings and Protect Assets, we strive to do it better, and while doing it better foster meaningful relationships with our clients and within IZALE.
